will explain how Toms addresses CSR with a particular focus on the cocoa bean supply chain. Toms Group, a participant in the United Nations’ Global Compact, is Denmark’s largest producer of chocolate and other candy. Toms supplies ingredients from around the world, including cocoa beans from Western Africa. Cocoa bean sourcing involves a number of CSR challenges.
