Implementing leadership and strategic changes - and how to keep the changes changing

Peter Poulsen, CEO at Brdr. Hartmann A/S, will lecture on organizational change based on various examples illustrating company turn around challenges. Among other things, Peter Poulsen will address:
• How to identify the need for changes
• How to involve the organization in the changes
• How to ensure full implementation of the necessary changes
• How to change the changes once the circumstances change
Peter Poulsen graduated with a Master’s in Forestry from KVL in 1988. Since then, he as has been working as a manager in various sectors including furniture industry, building materials industry, and forestry and estate Management.
Since 2005, Peter Poulsen has been the CEO of Brødrene Hartmann A/S. Brødrene Hartmann A/S is among the three largest manufacturers of moulded-fibre egg packaging and also manufactures moulded-fibre industrial packaging. Hartmann sells its products on most markets in Europe and on the North American market, generating revenue of DKK 1,380 million in 2009.
The lecture is held as part of the Master’s course Innovation, Strategy and Leadership.
